I tried P9. Chicken Pho (Chicken Broth) at a friend's recommendation and was not disappointed! I usually get brisket and meatballs. I think they have the best tasting pho broth from any other restaurant I have tried, and also the best A1. Shrimp Spring Rolls in town. I hype this restaurant up to everyone I know. I order DoorDash when I'm sick or busy, but going into the restaurant is also delightful. The employees know my order and always give me candy while I sip on my tea and wait for my order. I will always come here for pho and red Thai tea!

Ive never had Pho that I love more than this place! Also, worth mentioning that im talking about the West Jordan location. I always get the Ribeye Pho and occasionally I get the chicken lettuce wraps. It is consistently the best ive ever had. Highly recommend!

I had the ribeye steak and brisket pho. The meat wasn't very good. Quite tough and probably had two pieces of brisket which is the juicier of the two, couldn't identify a difference. Other then that the flavor was very good and the veggies were wonderful. Spring rolls definitely leave much to be desired as far as any flavor but in all fairness that's probably how those would taste anywhere. They were fresh and prepared neatly ;)

The P4. Rib Eye Steak & Brisket Pho*was delicious the broth was amazing did need some soy sauce and I used the pot sticker sauce and the pot A4. Pot Stickers - 5 pcs were absolutely delicious I got them fried and wasn't expecting them to be deep fried but still thought they were great!

Worst customer service ever. I just had the rudest interaction with the man on the phone regarding my Doordash order. He literally said goodbye so fast and hanged up on me without me trying to explain further my frustrations. I understand they can't control what Dasher comes pick up, but wow they didn't even try to give me any reassurance or kindness.
These people don't care about the customers. The only care about money and charging so much for extra items. $22 for a bowl of pho. Almost $5 for extra meat. $3 for extra noodles. $1 for small condiments that's less than 1oz. They even charge for a microwave bowl for pho?! $5 for sodas.
Very unethical practice at this restaurant. Very money hungry. Don't come here expecting good service, they literally don't care. If they read this, they won't take any accountability. They'll make excuses for their bad behaviors.
