• 2/25/26My Blended Caramel Coffee came half coffee half cream. Not this first time this store has done this to me this week. Not to happy wit Gravity Coffee right now

• 7/25/24Neither of our drinks look like the picture and they aren't labeled and both are plain brown so I don't know who's is who's. If the chocolate and extra stuff is not included then don't show it in the picture. Also, I asked for caramel drizzle on one and there is no sign of caramel anywhere. Not sure what is going on.
