I've been a loyal returning customer since the doors opened here. I love the beef and onion dumplings! My young daughter always love coming to eat with me there, or for my to go order because you're able to watch an employee hand cut, fill and prepare by hand all orders. You can see how everything is freshly homemade, including the dumpling noodles and freshly stuff with fresh ingredients! Nothing frozen coming here just homemade fresh to order dumplings! If you've never been here I highly suggest you give them a try!

The dumplings are well made, and the quality is there.
However, I was disappointed in the flavor. They seemed a little bland to me, but maybe this was just not the right combination for me. Maybe the other flavors would be more to my liking. The portions were good for the price. The order came with a side of broccoli which was really flavorful. I wish they gave more than just a condiment size portion of the side.

The Shrimp, Pork, and Chinese Chives dumplings were very tasty! I enjoyed the freshness of the beet salad as well. And the Tea Boiled Eggs were yummy and a good source of protein. I would order again. And the portions were generous.

My personal favorites are the Pork and celery dumplings, but all the options are fantastic. Just a little bit juicy inside, perfectly seared if you got them that way (I recommend seared if you're going to eat them all right away, boiled if you expect leftovers). Top marks for customer service, too!

They weren't good. Bland. Lack of variety. Had to pay extra for pan frying them so maybe that's why they tasted like paste because they already were expensive. Supposed to have corn in them and I didn't find any. I won't order from here again.
