I don't know where to begin. I'm a BBQ guy on an every once in a while schedule. Gus came up. Due to the TV show 'Pysch' I'm an instant fan of of anyone named Gus.
I ordered this while working late and prepared my wife for a large order.
So, my wife is a vegetarian. The Deviled Egg is a perfect. No bacon and truly delicious.
My Chili was a solid 8/10. I think this is better in House. You have to reheat it and add onion and cheeses.
The Trio? The best pulled pork EVER! So, Juicy and flavorful. The Brisket? Was it made of butter? It fell apart. Now the Ribs. SAME!
Like respectfully, can I be an every other month order or like a 25% of the year order?

The Carolina pulled pork Carolina Style Pulled Pork Sandwich never disappoints! Lots of pulled pork, and the Cole slaw and pickled red onions cuts through the fat. The sweet potato fries are cooked just right. They are nevw soggy. The Mac and Mac N' Cheese tastes homemade and is decadent.

Simply the best BBQ in LA! Customer service prompt efficient & customer friendly. Nice atmosphere LA-TX vibe - the food will leave you licking you lips savoring the flavors and smiling from ear to ear. A giant in the BBQ industry Bludso 's world class BBQ is incredibly delicious best identified as fall off the bone tender with a signature rub that has a bite to savory long after the meal. Choices galore from cheesy Mac n Cheese baked beans corn bread to name a few. Highly highly recommend Bludso BBQ .... best in LA!

I've had a few different dishes from Gus's: their brisket, the Fried Catfish and Chips, their Mac and cheese and Dirty Rice. First of all, their brisket is phenomenal. It's so good, I went back right after I had it the first time because I couldn't stop thinking about it. The catfish is delicious as well, the breading and the tartar sauce were what I remember most. The Mac and cheese, baked beans and dirty rice are all pretty good; I've also had the potato salad but it's my least favorite. Absolutely worth it in my opinion.

I received in my order one small piece of catfish and i said no fries bur the side was coleslaw in a sample size cup. When you go to actual restaurant you get a full meal not samples for the same exact price. Im very disappointed that they sent me this. The food is always great but they sent me a kids meal size for the same money.
