It is expens but it is worth it. They have the best fries and the burgers are soooooo good. You can get all the toppings you want. Delivery is quick and instructions followed exactly. No mistakes on order , perfect transaction. I just wish prices would come down at all the restaurants

Love Five Guys as a whole, but this store always finds a way to mess it up. Missing ingredients, overcooked fries, etc. Use the Franklin store if you can. Nobody wants to pay attention to order details here.

Pitiful hamburger. Slopped together with messy pieces of brown, limp iceberg lettuce, just not appealing whatsoever. The tomato slice still had the stem attached which was also brown and unsightly. Just very dissatisfied with the quality given the high price! Could've gotten a better burger from Wendy's.

For $38 fast food....I expect my meal to be perfect. My burger was delicious, fries were cold & soggy and milkshake was like water....had to throw it out.

The $9 milkshake was very thin and watery. Cheeseburger and fries were okay. I'll spend my money at The Spot next time.
