chicken was burnt and the bread was insanely stale. the fries were hard and have been sitting out for a while it felt like a hockey puck with grease inside

I ordered two things of fries, one large, one medium. The large fries had the same amount as the medium. Waste of money

The driver delivered my food on time, but the sandwich was completely cold. The mac & cheese, which is a size medium has about four bites of mac & cheese in it, about half the container filled, and also very cold. And the cookie I ordered arrived as a brownie. Disappointing.
