In 2003, Cheng Hsueh Wu, the founder of the 85 ° C bakery cafe, visited the coffee shop of a 5-star hotel. While enjoying gourmet pastries and drinks, he found that the prices were too high for people…
Everything was very tasty, Marble Taro was my favorite. It's a big soft yeasty bread that's not too sweet to make up for the sweet taro filling. The Oolong Tea was good and strong too. Would order from again!

Love the egg tarts, literally my favorite item from 85C Bakery! It's not too sweet, not too savory, just the right amount, great texture, decent little size! And I love how they come in twos! Very much like them!

Usually I love the Vietnamese Coffee, even after paying the extra fees. Today, 3/3/26 this is not the case after paying $14.10 total for a $5.61 coffee. The cup was not full and after taking 5 straw fulls I have approximately 2 remaining due to the amount of ice. Also, the taste is slightly different, bitter. I have ordered several times, but this cost too much to not be correct. Not consistent

Berrytale cream bun filling seemed off both in texture and taste(see photo). I was expecting a fully filled bun with fluffy cream but instead it came almost empty with a ricotta-like filling that tasted somewhat cheesy and sour. The Classic Tiramisu | Slice and Deluxe Chocolate Mousse | Slice were perfect. The Marble Taro was big and lightly sweet, loved the multi grain bread bun. It would make an excellent bread on its own even without the filling. The Mochi Egg Tart | 2 PCS were buttery and lightly chewy. Everything was delcious and not overly sweet. It was my 1st time ordering and I look forward to trying other items.

My local go to for Vietnamese Coffee during work and yummy not too sweet bakery items. Love the price as well.
