Te French Dip and the Broccoli soup were excellent. I requested extra au jus and they sent it. My complaint is that they didnt honor my other requests which were send no onion strings , but they did, and to please put the cottage fries(which are more like good homemade chips) into a separate container because the steam of the sandwich makes them soggy. I know this cuz I've had the sandwich before - possibly the best in the city. Just a shame they didnt honor the request again.

The French Dip sandwiches we ordered were lean, warm and on a good baguette type hard roll, which were perfect for dipping. The au jus was tasty. The cottage fries for the most part were still crunchy. Had asked for separate packaging because the fries are usually soft from the sandwich steam, but that wasn't done. My husband felt he should've had more meat on the sandwich and that may be true, but it was good.

The French Dips are truly delicious. The au jus is just the perfect accompaniment. Their broccoli/cheddar soup is full of flavor. We had a couple of requests that we're glad to say they honored. In all it was perfect.

The Grunt Burger is truly one of the best hamburgers I've ever eaten in Chicago - So delicious! The chocolate shake was a little bitter, but the onion rings, homemade chips and blue cheese dressing made up for that. RJ Grunts offers fabulous options!

Excellent French Dip sandwich. My only suggestion would be to package the homemade chips (delicious) separately, as they lose their crispness when packaged tight in the container with the warm sandwich.
