Bollywood Cafe is a fine Indian restaurant in Studio City named after India's enormous film industry. We have been serving LA for several years and were one of the first Indian restaurants in the area…
The channa masala was fantastic and they even accommodated with a special request to sub coconut milk for cream! Will order again :) naan was crispy and vegetable soup was packed with flavor, great when you feel a cold coming on.

Overall delicious food, great portions, and well packaged for safe transport! I took a chance on the strawberry lassi which I found no reviews on - it was very sweet and not well mixed, but not bad if you like sugary strawberry milkshake flavor. The mango lassi is still my preference and was very yummy! Will be ordering from here again :)

Paneer Makhni had no flavor, aloo naan mislabeled as aloo paratha, and roti was dry and rubber-like texture. It seemed like roti was more like just bad quality naan. Onion pakora undercooked. Overall very bad, expensive food.

The food was excellent for the most part. Packed with flavor. The lambVindaloo and Lamb Madras were very tender and had plenty of sauce however, they are pretty similar in taste. The chicken Biryani arrives with a very generous amount of flavorful basmati rice. I loved the rice but was not a fan of the chicken. They use chunks of breast meat mixed with the rice. By the time it arrived the white meat was on the dry side. Perhaps it would be great to order in the restaurant. Both the potatoes with herbs-Sag Aloo and the vegetable Korma were very delicious.

The Lamb Biryani was a very generous portion with lots of lamb. The mint sauce was a bit more spicy than I was expecting but very flavorful. Everything was delicious.
