Lemon butter sauce tasted burnt. The huge chunks of veggies dont cook evenly. The mashed potatoes aren't worth the money. $20 for only 2 half stuffed egg rolls is ridiculous. The cake was the only good thing about it and I didn't even get the ice cream. Overall it wasnt worth the money.

I was really looking forward to trying this place and splurged as a celebration, but unfortunately the quality does not match the pricing. Menu items sounded great on paper but didn’t work out as anticipated. Espresso Stuffed Beignets were bitter and were not beignets really- more like a doughy little pastry, Bourbon Butter Cake was dry and was just kinda eh flavor wise. The Grilled Steak Salad wasn’t bad, but they give you very little steak. Had 4 small pieces in it. Hushpuppies were dry but they do give a lot of butter.

I decided to buy myself a treat for Fat Tuesday I searched high and low for carrots cake. Sadly I found theirs and fell for the trick! Cake was boxed cake, no carrots, clearly not homemade and nasty! 16$

Kids grilled steak had 3 small slices of steak. This would maybe feed a toddler, but definitely not a child over the age of maybe 2.

Overall, the food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection.
I do have one complaint. I wasn't going to do it, but I'm going to dock a star and hope they see this review.
The Beignets weren't cooked all the way through. They were doughy and uncooked on the inside.
That's not just disappointing, it can also potentially be dangerous when you end up eating raw dough.
Give those Beignets a little more time in the fryer, gentlemen.
Otherwise, everything was delicious. I highly recommend the Spam Fried Rice. Delicious mix.
