• 7/27/26Burger King made the door dasher wait as the orde was incorrect. It was remade and was completely wrong when it arrived as well as we were missing the whopper with cheese. The 2 doubles were wrong with mustard and pickles. I tried calling the store three times with no answer. I will not order from Burger King again.

• 12/19/23We ordered mozzarella sticks and they came in very obviously old or something because the cheese was brown and extremely hard. The other food was okay, but we were very disappointed about this.

• 10/28/25Did not get the right burger that I ordered and inwas really looking forward to it (the Crispy Onion Whopper® Jr. had no fried onions on it.) an the Mummy Mozzarella Fries were over cooked.

• 8/16/23If I could put 0 stars I would. I haven't order from Burger King in Springfield in about 2 years. Mainly because of poor quality. When you go in and see the people behind the counter it makes so much sense. They need to fire everyone that works at this location.
