My Cajun Chicken Filet Biscuit Combowas nothing but a pile of crumbs, my fries where cold and hard, and I did not receive the correct drink

They always mess up my order, I have repeated it multiple times in store, have done multiple online orders and they still get it wrong, even if it is right on the ticket. I do customize my order, so I did try to cut them some slack but it's always the fries!!! Who goes to bojangles and doesn't want their fries???
