Fleming's Prime Steakhouse Burger was bland and flavorless.Not sure why it's popular maybe it was an off night.  Caesar Salad was 
mostly lettuce with a small amount of dressing and anchovies.  Will never order again.

We ordered delivery. Steaks were barely seasoned, so the crust tasted burnt and bitter, and were extremely tough and chewy. The filet mignon was indeed not a filet mignon, I've never seen it cut into the abysmal shape that we saw it in. We had asked for it medium well and they cooked to to well done. We each had two bites of our respective steaks and into the trash they went, not even respectable enough to leftovers. We spent about ~$250 on our order and it was a huge waste of money. The steaks, the way they were packaged... just looked embarrassing. They threw two sad looking pieces of overly priced meat into a wide plastic container with no garnishes, decoration and it did not look flattering. I also like my steak NOT cut into slices, which they did. 

For a steakhouse with the ratings it has, we expected way better. We had ordered from Morton's in Coral Gables a few days earlier and it was absolutely delicious and everything was packaged beautifully and we paid about $25 more but got more food, that tasted super delicious, and the steaks even through delivery tasting like heaven.

TLDR: If you want steak, get Morton's or just get something else. Save your money and avoid this place.

Burger had decent taste. Decent fries. Tomatoes looked like they were in the refrigerator too long. For $23 I would expect a way better and bigger burger. Even Denny's does The Burger better.

We order from Fleming's approximately once a week.  This restaurant has great food and next-level, A+++ customer service.  For example... Today, several items were missing from the order.  The manager promptly offered to replace and personally hand re-deliver the items.  Very highly recommend.
