I had the BIGFOOT Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs breakfast and my wife had the Bacon & Cheddar Burger.    Both were excellent, as always.   I opted out of eggs on my breakfast, because I never eat them, and I didn't want to waste food!!   Had a side of Country Gravy, for using on my biscuits for later.   We had the Coconut Cream Pie and Cheesecake with Strawberry Topping!!   We had Vanilla and Mocha Cold Brew Coffees and tried their Blackberry Lemonade.   Their Cold Brew Coffee are very good, and the Blackberry Lemonade is very good!!    The portion sizes are good!!    The food presentation was good!!   Nothing was slopped together, it was made to look palatable!!   So many restaurants slop things together these days and make things to not look palatable!!     I would give them a 10 on everything!!     This is a repeat order!!    I love Chicken Fried Steak and my wife loves hamburgers!!   I don't dislike hamburgers, but I would rather have a breakfast meal when possible.

First time I've been disappointed by them. I paid over $12 for Loaded Potato and Side of Veggies, broccoli. The broccoli had black spots on every stalk. The potatoes were great but not much of them. Overall, can't recommend.

I love Black Bear Diner! I've been going to various locations over the years but after tonight's dinner I decided I really needed to leave a review. 

Diner turkey is "supposed" to be a little dry, maybe smothered in gravy until you forget that it's that dry. That is 100% -not- what I got. The Roasted Turkey entree punched way above its weight- it was juicy, the gravy was delicious, and the sides were prepared perfectly. 

The Bacon Mac 'N Cheese Bowl is exactly as you'd hope from a diner- nothing like what you make at home with 10 minutes notice. Bonus points for the garlic toast always being crispy and satisfying.

The Homemade Chicken Pot Pie was given this review:
"I've never ordered this from [Black Bear] before and I've always thought about it, but after this you can order this for me any day. I could eat this every time - there's no crust on the bottom that gets soggy and the crust is like a croissant, it's so flaky and delicious. I loved the filling. So good."

The onions on the 2 western burgers were burned (black), along with 1 burned (black) and 3 perfectly cooked onion rings seemed disproportionate for a side.  There was very little bbq sauce on each of the burgers. Otherwise the burgers were cooked properly and tasted good.
