The Shrimp Taco was fresh, flavorful, the crema was delicious. The Famous Quesa Birria Taco is to die for! Probably the tenderest meat I've ever had. Then, to wash it down with a Mexican Coke was top tier. I would order this again without a doubt.

The Three Birria Tacos with Rice and Beans Platter and Burrito were so flavorful and truly the best authentic mexican food we have had in quitesome time. We highly recommend and will return. The chips and Guacamole were also so great, crisp chips and not brittle, Guacamole was so creamy and great taste.

The Pasta Alfredo with Shrimp was delicious,hot, and a large portion. I can easily make two meals out of this. The shrimp were giant and cooked perfectly!This is my first tim eordering and I will definitely order from 918 Maples Food Truck again.

The Chips & Queso, are outstanding! Creamy, mild, cheesy flavor is easy to enjoy without feeling like you need bread or milk to put out the pepper fire in your mouth!
And, this is not your usual Taco salad, where you search for the meat, down to your last bite. Fresh tomato and avocado, rice, beans and more chicken than I could eat. Yay, for leftovers!!

Famous Birria Pizza is totally tasty! 2 slices and I'm pretty full and this pizza comes with 8. There's plenty of consomme and everything was fresh and still warm. The Chips & Salsa is pretty good as well, nice and spicy. I would definitely order again.
