The food was not ready on time. I walked in to pick it up and no one came to the counter to help me. I left and picked an order up at Arbys, then came back. Still stood there for a few minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. Finally a lady asked if she could help me. She did get right on my order and had it ready quickly. But my order was 35 minutes late and it was a pain in the rear to get help.

The Macaroni & Cheese was dry and looked like it had been reheated as opposed to made fresh. I have had this several times and never had this issue before. Additionally, the ham was greasy and full of fat.
