Let me start by saying that the Bagel I ordered was nicely sealed and delicious as always. Now as far as my coffee, I ended it up tossing the drink. The drink came in with no stopper and the dasher had his hands on all over the lid. I know for a fact my drink was exposed to so much bacteria and as stated before I ended up tossing the drink. Please take different measures to improve the transition of drinks(coffee).

My coffee and my husbands Chai Tea Latte were not even half full. I wonder if we ordered a smaller size would the small cup be filled?

Bagel sandwich was delicious. Charged for orange juice but not delivered. Requested hash browns but received some cheesy baked thing that tasted horrible. Pretty bad service.

Doesn't look like a bagel. The bread was so thin and flat. Both bagels. They weren't like this before.
