The Koji Salmon and Leafy Greens Salad were unparalleled. I adore a potent mustard, and this did not disappoint. The flavors were bright and nuanced, the ingredients were extremely fresh, the salmon was cooked to perfection... even the plating was lovely in a takeout order. They put a lot of care into the packaging to make sure nothing got disrupted in transit. I'm impressed. This is my new go-to.

Sushi is always top notch. Spicy sauce on the Spicy Salmon* is unmatched. Fresh wasabi on the side is a total game changer. Freshest fish always.

Amazing Chirashi Bowl, especially for takeout. Served in a wonderful "Morimoto" box. Fish was high quality, super fresh , plenty of pearl roe that fill each bite with an extra burst of flavor. House made wasabi. So good I ordered 2 days in a row!

I ordered the soft shell softshell crab maki and shrimp tempura maki rolls and the portions were smaller than anticipated. They only gave me half rolls of each and squeezed both into one to go container. They also forgot the spicy mayo on top so the rolls were extremely dry.

I ordered from here spec because I loved "Iron Chef" as a child. I got Cha Soba, Hoku Hoku potatoes, a spicy vegetable tempura roll and the ume/Shiso/cucumber roll.
Overall, I'd recommend against the Cha Soba (it was pretty underwhelming, and quite expensive for what it was. Wasn't bad, just got wasn't worth it. The ume/shiso/cucumber roll was nice and refreshing - pretty appropriate as a fair weather food. The spicy vegetable tempura roll was quite good too, though it just was not even remote approaching spicy. The Hoku Hoku potatoes were very good, in my opinion, but might be a bit overpriced still. I'm glad that I got food from here, but don't expect a real Iron Chef experience.
