The food is absolutely delicious and they use natural foods, and healthy foods. I cheated yesterday and had lemon ricotta pancakes and it was such a treat and so good. Everything I've had there has been fantastic.

Ordered Cobb Salad for dinner. Supposed to come with dressing on the side. Dressing was mixed in so lettuce will be wilted by dinner. Suppose to come with avocado, tomato, and blue cheese. I paid for extra avocado & tomato. Instead, they left all three off. Super high price and the container was less than half full of lettuce, the egg and some turkey.
Cinnamon Spice Churros were not very good. Should be crispy on outside and soft on inside. These were cold, chewy, and saturated in oil. Squeezing them drips oil. Had to throw them away. Completely inedible.

the potatoes are almost raw, the waffle is soggy and they always short on the meat portion. not worth the 30 dollars

My food was way over cooked. My basted eggs were super hard and overdone even for hard cooked. The sausage had been sitting around so long it was super dry. The potatoes were burnt and the onions in the potatoes were inedible.
The butter was missing from the waffles.
From a sanitary perspective, the ketchup packets were placed on top of the food instead of in the bag. Those are touched by lots of people and lay around exposed to dust.
I used to love this place but the clearly have untrained staff which points to a bad manager.

Didn't receive muffin that was ordered. Also, ordered two meals with a fruit side and they packaged the fruit in one container. Not a deal breaker but inconvenient. The food always taste good and that's why I will come back, but consistency in delivery would be nice.
