Best Thai food in Portland. Huge portions of scrumptious food, that feels like it came right from a home kitchen. Everything is the perfect blend: the Green Curry spicy and creamy, the Pad Thai saucy and crunch, the Thai Tea sweet with a good kick. The food is just as fresh at the restaurant as when it's delivered, and the owners are so sweet and friendly.

I'm obsessed with this place. The ANGEL WINGS, Red Curry, and Thai tea are my go-tos and they're amazing! I asked for my red curry to be spicy and it's wonderfully spicy rather than being too spicy to eat. I will continue to order from here.

Listen, I have eaten at over 40 Thai restaurants in portland over the last decade. Some are great. Many are awful. I have strong feelings about Thai food in general, and am super discerning. So please believe me when I tell you that Al's is legitimately the best Thai food spot I've found in this city. I order from them a couple times a month, and have yet to be disappointed by anything. If you're on the fence, I hope this rec helps you decide. :)
