It was good! But I found the katsu sauce to be a bit saltier than expected. Usually katsu sauce is a bit sweeter to complement the taste of the savory meat. And the Salad was DELICIOUS! I loved the dressing they used and would happily eat a bunch of veggies with that dressing. The rice was perfectly fluffy and was a wonderful palate cleanser along with the miso soup. The miso soup comes with seaweed in the soup so people not big on seaweed probably will neglect that part.

The Fuji Roll was delicious. The fish felt very fresh and the rice was on point. The portion was normal. I'd definitely order it again.

Delicious tender meat, the only downside was some of the sauce soaked the bottom of the rice. It was delicious never the less, and the salad was just as delicious as before!

Quality went down the hill. The $20 curry chicken katsu is the worst of this exact dish I've ever had in the past 30 years. If I saw it, I won't even pay $10.
Your curry mix isn't Japanese, and it tastes terrible. Katsu is dry and thin.
