Kickin Chicken Sandwich is always delicious. The fries were unseasoned, but cooked perfectly, so I could look past that! The shake was very good also and a great size for the price.

No extra seasonings on the fries and one small wimpy dipping sauce for 6 fingers. Why were they not already coated?
Not what I wanted! Not enough wimpy sauce!

Fries seemed to have beens the left overs from an earlier batch since they tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Fingerz were the smallest I have ever had at any Zaxbys.

 I paid about 30 dollars for uncooked fries tender small as nuggets and no sauce, even though I ordered some i need a refund

The food has really gone downhill. I ordered a Cobb salad and fried pickles. The salad was halfway filled up in its container, and I got 2 on the dipping ranch instead of ranch packets. The fried pickles were OVER cooked and put into their container fresh out of the fryer and the whole box was burned through... I could only eat maybe 3 or 4 pickles because they were hard as bricks or burnt to the side of the box. Grease was EVERYWHERE because it burnt slap through the bottom. Zaxby's used to be my favorite fast food place. But not anymore. Not even worth ordering from them anymore. THE FOOD IS TRASH NOW!! Bring back the old zaxbys.
