This could be the best Mexican food in northwest Austin. The gorditas are amazing - we usually get them with pastor or carnitas. They are always crispy, never soggy. The tortas with tinga de pollo are also fantastic. You can't pick a bad choice of their meats - they are all delicious.

The Tostada was so loaded with meat; I ordered 2 thinking just one wouldnt fill me up but I was SO wrong! The crema was perfect too. Will de make this a regular place for quick, authentic Mexican food

The gordita (al pastor) was amazing. So crispy and the perfect combination of flavors and textures. We also really loved the torta cubana. The bread was fantastic and that's often difficult to do!

The Platillos dish is huge, and so good. Loved it!
I have enough for tomorrow another meal, it's that plentiful! Have never had a bad experience ordering from Pollos Asados.
