• 4/20/23Thrown together like a toddler is fixing things. Almost empty extra sauce containers that I pay for as well as a freaking smaller batch of fries when I paid for a large batch. This zaxbys is absolutely horrendous and has obviously nothing but down right pathetic employees../

• 3/17/26The strawberry cheese bites were great! But I was surprised of no fries - thought it came with the "meal" and got an extra side. Shrimp very much over coated / couldn't taste shrimp. Toast was already cold and I live 5 minutes from restaurant.

• 3/15/26They forgot to put fried chicken on top of the salad. We have done the same order over five times and I also checked before I ordered so the lack of chicken was not due to submitting an incorrect order. Why would you order a salad from Zaxby' without chicken???
