Every time we order from this location the fries are cold and the tenders are so small. The seasoning was perfect but we had to put the fries in the air fryer. The sweet tea I ordered was unsweetened. The sweet tea my son ordered was lemonade.

I usually don't leave a review but I will this time. I ordered tonight and got the Zak snack and there was no salt on the fries tasted horrible and they were not cooked all the way. I usually don't complain, but being a Type 1 Diabetic I can't risk getting sick. Zaxby's has never let me down before but tonight I guess the crew didn't care about how they made the food. Please do better Zaxby's.

the cheddar bites wer fried so long that there was NO cheese in them. the funnel cake was soggy and Tiny. fried pickles were ok except didn't taste very good.

whoever made my CBR loaded fries, deserves either a raise or a serious cracking because that was the best thing my taste buds have ever laid onto. good amount of food and tasted amazing. if i find who made this ill personally give them my gratitude. 10/10 would order again
