The bacon in both sandwiches (one being a BLT) clearly wasn't cooked other than when te sandwiches were heated as a whole, which was disgusting because it was limp and chewy.  The  second sandwich didn't have the cheese that was requested. Ordered from here before and did have issues, not sure what the issue was today .

Sandwich's were great, there was some problems with the oven when we ordered but they communicated well and were all around good quality.

They skimp on orders here. Never one to complain, however they did not include basic ingredients on two salads when they were mandatory selections. This location has some of the poorest management in the area and it's such a shame. They used to be a go to, but even with online orders they don't follow the order unless you're right there watching over them. Even when you show up in person to explain the error or missing items to them, they make excuses as to why they didn't make it right. (i.e. we ran out, oven wasn't working right, etc.) and then the next customer walks right in and they get priority satisaction on their meal because they are simply watching them. Insane.
