Willie Mae's will always respond to you as the customer and help you , if they can. This is the 3rd time I've been to Scotch House, 2nd as a takeout order, and each time (first with a 7-month old on my back, searching for refuge when our air conditioner went out), the staff, from cook, to cleaning, to front of house, has seen me as a person and helped me as if I were a neighbor (I live 2 blocks down! But I think this still applies). DoorDash's system went wonky and sent my order in twice on two different days! They made it still! The food comes out piping hot, fantastic, I've never had an issue (&even during that event with my baby, our server went to the back of house to get a sample of the red beans, to the amusement of his coworkers -- we give samples now?! --- and brought some to see if my son would love it and if I should order a bowl). They're the best, thank you, Willie Mae's!

Horrible slow service. If you're gonna be slow at least be accurate. They forgot my macaroni and then tried to blame DoorDash for stealing it from a stapled bag. And then told me to come and get it. I got a refund from DoorDash. The food I did get was mediocre. I recommend lil dizzy's and Morrows.

I ordered a $15 3 piece fried chicken and got a breast and two TINY wings... ripoff.

Best Chicken Tenders and Mashed Potatoes and Gravey I've had in a long time. cornbread was good too. I'm definitely ordering from here again.

the corn bread was dry and cold, and I could have sworn.I ordered sweet potatoes  and macaroni as my side items. I didn't  get the sweet potatoes.
