Burrito Bowl had dark brown guacamole, very little rice, chicken had more fat than i care for and watery sour cream. Normally this is a favorite of ours however the last 2 times were very disappointing

This was honestly the worst chipotle Burrito Bowl ive ever had. The lettuce was brown, the fijitas were not cooked and i crunched through huge slices of peppers - the size of the full pepper itself. The bowl had very little sofritas and was hoestly only half full. The Chips & Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa were stale and super salty - like big caked on pieces of salt.

I’m always disappointed with Chipotle any time I order delivery or pick- up. Every time, the portions are noticeably smaller than what I get when I order in person. It’s frustrating to pay the same (or more) and get less food.
This time my bowl had tons of black beans and barely any steak. The steak that was included was overcooked and tough, nothing like the quality I expect from Chipotle. I also didn’t receive any utensils, which made it really inconvenient to eat my meal.
Between the small portions, unbalanced ingredients, missing items, and overcooked food, this experience just didn’t meet expectations at all.

The portion was prefect, and the taste was excellent. The freshness was ok it could have been a little better but it was great. This was my second time ordering from this store. Other stores are very stinging with portions but both times I've ordered they were great. I recommend ordering from here the Burrito Bowl is absolutely delicious they did forget my Side of Guacamole but the Side of Queso Blanco made up for it
