My favorite thing is their Chicken Parmesan. Its always good and you get your money's worth in chicken for sure. And even the delivery ord3rs get the same attention as when you go in. I love their food. Great place to eat whether you take out or eat in. ☺️

The flat bread and the chicken Caesar salad were sub par
If you look at the chicken Caesar salad on their menu it's full of chicken a whole breast but this might be a quarter of a breast

Barely any chicken on the salad or cheese - barely anything on the flatbread very weak
Not worth almost $40 for two dishes probably worth about $15 combined

The staff is always friendly, the food was finished surprisingly QUICK!
99 Never misses on flavor, but the portion sizes were definitely disappointing. The House Salad with Broiled Sirloin Tips* was good, but the portion was tiny for the price and that is coming from someone who (due to medical reasons currently) cannot eat a lot in one sitting! The vegetables definitely could have been more fresh, again considering the price/portion. The Chicken Tenders were good, but there were less fries in there than some Happy Meals I've gotten..
I've noticed you get fuller portions when dining in, which seems to be true of other restaurants as well, but unfortunately dining-in is a current option for our family (we had to have a family member pick-up since we are unable to be out).
Overall: Would not get a pick-up again, but would definitely dine-in again. Staff were respectful and I'm impressed with how fast they work!

Normally I'd rate my experience with the 99 a 5 out of 5 but today I ordered something different. Today I ordered a Hiney BBQ Chicken Honey BBQ Chicken Wrap which was more wrap than anything. There was barely any chicken, too much lettuce, very little cheese and a tiny amount of sauce. The reason it gets 4 out of 5 stars is because it was fresh and warm but other than that I probably wouldn't consider ordering this again.
