I've probably eaten at the 3 California Taco locations 70-80 times. It is always excellent. (Only one time surprised me, when I tried the hard shell taco. It was good but not excellent. For $5, you get one taco.) Everything else is excellent. The people are great at all of the locations. I hope that they are in Kansas City forever.

Excellent Mexican food as always. Tastes expensive buit2 Chiles Rellenos taste like any food from an expensive restaurant but it isn't expensive at all. I love California Taco shop! try it you'll like it.

Firt time orders from here. I got the California burrito . So good!!! I had to cut it in half and sav the other half for later. Will definitely be order again!!! Red and green sauce are both good and flavorful.

Their Grilled Chicken Burrito says it comes with lettuce and sour cream they seem to always give me a chicken fajita burrito with no lettuce or sour cream. The chicken fajita burrito is just chicken, peppers and onions. The fajita burrito is good, but not what I want, also the chicken is usually very dry. Since they mess it up every time I either have to buy sour cream from them at a SKY HIGH PRICE of $2.47 for a little cup or make sure I have my own. The fajita burrito tastes good, I just wish they would give me what the menu describes a grilled chicken burrito is.
