My teen daughter & I LOVE getting midnight snack -Orea shakes from your store through DoorDash multiple times a month. Though I admit I would order them again and will order them again, lately the consistency of the shakes have been not well- blended, or melted on the edges. Other than that, the tall cups are actually filled with our Oreo® Shake!
Not to mention, they're almost always super cold, and never too thick! They're delicious!! So we hope things go back to higher standards regarding their quality of shakes, in particular, next month! I feel the same way about your curly fries! They're never fresh and crispy anymore. It's unfortunate .

Excellent, thank you very Much been having a bit of bad luck with other stores missing food or food quality issues, yet Jack never fails us for real!! Jack has always got us our food all of the order, at least when I'm at work they do… And the food quality and quantity for the price is Amazing, and it when it arrives it always ready to eat nice and warm!!

I ordered a 6 Taco Party Pack , which is supposed to come in a munchie box but came in a bag instead. The bag was covered in grease and gross. They also had very little lettuce. Then, the 4pc Sweet Reaper Mozzarella Sticks were leaking sauce everywhere. It came out of the packaging, causing this bag to also be greasy and gross. We also ordered a 6pc Classic Mozzarella Sticks and were literally missing a mozzarella stick?? Not sure where it went but it wasn't in the box. I tried to call the store TWICE to ask them to add sauces to the bag as you can not add them on here and they didn't answer either time. When my dasher asked for ranch, they gave her 4 when she specifically asked for more as that was not enough. Sandwhiches were fine and good. Just seemed lazy and way too messy. Not overall pleased.

Usually everything is great! But we missed our shake it never arrived, the fries were stale too, just letting y'all know . It won't stop me from ordering or coming to Jacks place, but I just felt management needs to know . Thanks for all your hard work, even so! oh! btw those churros are like OUT OF THIS WORLD Delish!!

Ordered a Sprite, the soda machine is clearly not restocked because it's out of flavoring. It's just like sparkling water lol plus none of the tacos were crispy.
