Did not put a safety seal to prevent tampering and was charged for extra for milk tea only to get some watered down ice coffee!

Dasher had to wait at restaurant due to delayed order. Order was late by 30 mins. Also, Stuffed Jalapenos (7) had only 6 pieces.. Bag containing jalapeños was sealed with tamper proof sticker.

Customers, beware Jack N Box Willow Glen is hit or miss. Won't even put up factual reviews, attached to me giving this location another chance. Many items , especially smaller items may be forgotten. What is worse, is food safety has dropped, and your order bags will *NOT* be sealed. I recommend curb-side pick up, so you can check that items are packed and advertised combo sauces are packed + and your whole order will not be a food safety loss if not sealed in delivery bags. Jack N Box Willow Glen, please do better. Your items are good to great, but packing them is hit or miss. DoorDash, please consider allowing the San Carlos Jack in Box, to be an option. They actually pack their orders safely + consistently + and you will not wonder about what will be delivered.

The 3pc Classic French Toast Sticks came without the syrup so I couldn’t eat them. I had also asked for an extra syrup which I didn't get. They gave me a $1 refund. I think they should have reimbursed me the cost of the French Toast Sticks. The coffee was very strong, I had to add water, besides creamer, to make it drinkable. The other food was not as tasty as I remember.

2nd time food tastes burnt. Has small black burnt particles from the grill. Had the tacos and tastes pretty burnt. Jumbo jack burger was ok. Fries burnt particles on them
