there was nothing big about the big crunch sandwich, there was one chicken strip that covered maybe half the bun and the cheesecake was great when they had it. They ran out and "switched" it with cookies which already came with the meal so I was not compensated for the extra cost. They also forgot to send drinks.

Ok we refused to go to KFC in Owen sound for yeaaaars... but the quality has improved so much!! We gave it a shot and have not been disappointed one bit. Whoever took over and the employees that work there should know how much they have turned it around!!

Good food. Ready early. Name was on the bag ready for me I ate my spicy pickle sandwich and a bunch of spicy mayo which is really good squirted out on to my shirt. No biggie I went into the bag for a napkin......

the food was good, but it took almost an hour to get it. Ordered 20min before going in when it said it would be ready, then waited 25min for them to acknowledge me, then find the order. then put it in the lineup behind every other order that had ordered while I was sitting there (already after when mine should have been ready).
