the NSA strawberry was amazing. so much so even my cat walked over and demanded some. the toppings came in little dishes and honestly that made a world of difference. absolutely delicious.

Multiple times ordering now and every time the cups are as full as a small, no matter what size you order. In fact, the small I ordered for my kids had more in it than the large I ordered did. It's very disappointing considering how much it costs.

When I sadly got the wrong flavor & a weird textured sorbet I called in & was told I could order a new order if I wanted, so I did. Instead of a regular size I got a 2/3 filled larger size tub which was kind of them to do. Essentially I paid for two orders & can only eat one so I think it's fair, but it's still a kind gesture to give me a bigger size as an apology.. I appreciate it :) Plus the smiley under the name is always a nice touch.

Not enough toppings included. Only two tiny cups. Very expensive. $1 per topping. Other places don't charge that much for toppings. I ordered a large cup and it wasn't even full. I paid $18. Ridiculous.
