The smash burger tasted great but was too dry. Needs more moisture in the meat and more of the sauce. Love the taste and quality of their food. Packaging is a bit of a problem when you order several burgers or something like pies. You have to pull all the burgers out of the bag and open them to check which is which. The pies you would have to break open to see which is peach etc. I'd love for them to start writing on their packages which one is in it please!Last thing is the prices have become way too high when a teen burger alone is 10.99 but add fries and a drink to make it a combo it becomes 21.99!!!

Food was so cold and I asked for my fries to be put in a poutine box but they couldn't even fill up the box they gave me very little fries for the price of 6$ or so

I asked for no cheese. They put cheese on it anyway. I'm lactose intolerant. I shouldn't have to take my burger apart hoping I can fix it. They also skimped on the bacon (one small piece broken in half), and the bun was scorched, not toasted. But it was the cheese that really irritated me.

Giant piece of lettuce on the burger, like the whole leaf, plus more smaller pieces. You guys don't know you're supposed to tear it up?
And the onion rings are supposed to have seasoning salt sprinkled on them.
