Didn't receive the Chai Latte, instead it was a black coffee. Not sure how you can mix that up. Only got 4 Onion Rings which is kind of BS considering they're $7. And the Frozen Cold Brew with Sweet Cream was yet again, only 2/3 full...evening staff is souring my love for A&W.

cold fries, missing fries from one of the combos, neither of the buddy burgers were there, the root beer tastes like nothing but syrup. just overall disgusting and disappointing service

Onion Rings were perfect, but the Mixed Berry Smoothie with Açaí and A&W™ Frozen Root Beer were only half full.
