Way too crispy. Asked for pickles, it had one. Way too much lettuce gooped in mayo. Chicken was hard as a rock. Def not worth the money

Overall, I'd say "meh". My teen burger looked like it had been thrown in the bag. The bun top was half off. The lettuce was so thin on one side while the other was a large crunchy bit. There was too much onion - an entire slice of nearly every layer. There was cheese, but those slices are so thin you hardly taste it. The sauce was lacking. All I could taste was onion, beef patty and bread for the most part.

all the condiments on my Grandpa Burger® were at the bottom and it was super messy the 5 Chicken Strips Combo was great and the size was not bad for the price although they could be bigger

I ordered two combos with onion rings and both were burnt on both sides of every ring,, they didn't even taste like a&w onion rings, it's the main reason I order from a&w, very disappointed
