Why would you pack a frozen drink in with hot food.? Thanks for the melted frozen Rootbeer. Way overpriced, when I can get a larger slurpee at 7 Eleven. Also, You charged me over $8 for paper thin chicken strips, very overpriced. Wont be ordering A&W again for the outlandish prices.

The patties were old, the lettuce and tomato was bland and old, it wasn't fresh at all i could eat it

burger was ok but fries were not fresh.
while I appreciate why you don't allow 'special intructions' for the app, it would be nice to have a 'no bun' option. also, it does not allow for anything but a black coffee.

They changed the pricing recently so it adds an extra upcharge to items. A Buddy combo should NOT be 18 dollars! Will not order again until this issue is fixed.
