Didn't receive the Chai Latte, instead it was a black coffee. Not sure how you can mix that up. Only got 4 Onion Rings which is kind of BS considering they're $7. And the Frozen Cold Brew with Sweet Cream was yet again, only 2/3 full...evening staff is souring my love for A&W.

Missing drink, plus wrong poutine. The burgers were good but the fries were plain, not crunchy and barely any salt.
