I asked for my teen burger to have extra crispy bacon and so that it wasn't see through & they did the best job! The bacon was perfect. The food wasn't as warm as I'd have liked it but still delicious! Thank you for crispy bacon!

Burger was ok. The meat and seasoning salt is always good. But cheese was not melted and patty was cold, as was the one paper thin piece of bacon that was not reheated to standard. (They precook bacon most of the way done and are supposed to grill it again with the burger.)
My real issue was with the quality of the onion rings. A staple to any meal from A&W. I would reckon the batter wasn't thick enough, and oil not hot enough, because they came in a crumbly mass in the bottom of the bag. Very oily. And, It was almost as if someone had smashed them with their fist before sending them off. I was looking forward to crisp, whole rings and received what you see in the photo. Such a shame.
No straw. No napkin.
No option to ask for condiments.
Easily this place can do better, especially when thinking about how much you charge.

Food was utterly disgusting and cold, poutine gravy was plain to mediocre tasting. Chicken strips tasted doughy, and at first felt fine but the more bites I took the more disgusted and plain tasting it felt. Teen Burger kept a good little savoury after taste in my mouth but I don't know if it's just my taste buds but when biting into it, I just had barely noticed any flavour, very bland. I couldn't taste much of the condiments on the burger, the veggies or much of the beef itself. I was missing one of my drinks so make sure when you order here to be a little squeaky if they dont pack it all, - (at least to get your grease). I thought A&W was good but theres a reason it's not the most booming fast food chain giant in Canada.
