Food was perfect and requests were followed by staff. Thank you very much to all the hard workers here.
Only negative was that there was no straw added for the drink, but that's a very minor issue. Everything else was perfect.

We ordered hashbrowns. They were replaced with fries. We were okay with the substitution, but we should not have been charged an additional $7.50. If the merchant can't supply an item on their menu they should contact the customer or substitute for free.

I've ordered from here several times already. But they have messed my order two times now. And it always get delayed for more than 1 hour all the time. It gets cold before I even get it. And the most recent one came without the Russet Thick-Cut Fries that I made an order of. I'm so disappointed.

Dont know what happened but it appears as though the root beer was not filled up to the top, very strange.

best burger joint is A & W, and whoever did the garnishing on my burger did an excellent job.
