B5. Spicy Vegan Noodles 油泼面
It is one of the traditional special noodles in Shaanxi, China. It originated in the Ming Dynasty and has fresh fragrance, hot and sour taste, and spicy flavor. Cook the hand-made noodles in boiling water and put them in a bowl. Spread garlic, chopped green onion, salt and other ingredients and a thick layer of chili noodles on the noodles, and pour the seasoning with boiling hot vegetable oil. When the hot oil is boiling, the pepper noodles and chili noodles are cooked until the bowl is red.
