The Vanilla Mille Crepe Cake is my favorite dessert of all time. It’s so light and maintains the perfect balance of sweetness and richness—I think I could eat it every day and never get tired of it. It’s also the kind of dessert that is so underappreciated. It’s elevated and complex in its simplicity. I could never make a crepe cake this perfect. Do not skip it!
