okay I have a problem with this place being so good. idk how but the fruit and everything is just AMAZING and hits the spot every time. I get the Valentine Bowl SM every time and do my own lil modifications on it. ive ordered this numerous days in a row to where these people probably arent surprised to see my name pop up. And my order is always so consistent every time. like you know when you go to a certain coffee place and you never know if your coffee is going to be good or bad? My order from here is perfect every time no matter who makes it. So thank you to each person operating this place for dealing with my silly order (days at a time)

no acai in my acai bowl, store associate told me dasher jostled it around and to leave a review.. I have ordered and picked up these bowls before, there is very minimal acai in the bowl to be jostled.. I was also told I get less product using the flat lid bc they don't want to run out of their normal dome lids...

I LOVE Acai bowls and I'm visiting Orlando and wanted to try one here. Had good stars so I was like ok sounds good but no the Acai had no taste and literally was falling apart in crumbles, it was not smooth or fresh at all. The driest Acai I've ever tasted in a bowl. I would not reccomend and definitely will not order again.

I ordered a Surfer Bowl MD without coconut flakes. It taste nothing like açaí. All chocolate. I don't eat chocolate so it's $17.00 down the drain. Not to mention there were coconut flakes in it too. It's a NO go.

Bad experience. I’ve always gone there and it’s usually very good. However, today it tasted like water and had almost no flavor. The açaí was extremely frozen and bland. It felt like I was eating purple-colored ice.
