Food was excellent and made just as I ordered it, no missing ingredients. Hoagie was packed very well. Iced latte was not very flavorful.

I ordered my sandwich and soup online when it came it wasn't what I ordered so I called and let them know and the lady said if I could wait till 5 o'clock, which is only a couple hours she would bring me a new soup and sandwich and I thought that that was very nice of her that way I didn't have to pay DoorDash again. She dropped it off at my house which helped because I just got out of the hospital. I love the acoustic Café. I love their food. Thank you again great staff.

okay, Acoustic Cafe staff went above and beyond for me on this order! due to the snow, their truck was delayed and they were out of turkey for my sandwhich, and then out of ham so I asked to cancel. few minutes later they messaged me back and said "they figured somthing out" and I got my food! delicious as always
