Very small portion for $43 dollars feels like it should be bigger dish. Maybe bigger container for mains.

Pasta was over cooked and somehow managed to still be doughy. No bite to the sauce. Sauce managed to combine nastily with the cheese creating a low flavor, stodgy, mac and cheese type dish. Yuck. Over salted too.
This pasta should be made thinner before its curled and it should be springy at the bite.
For this money and pretension I'd expect a lot better.

exotic and expensive flavours, but extremely overpowering. could not finish, too salty and oily fish taste. like eating fish oil tablets. not worth the price.
