Adela Gaucha is, without question, a culinary treasure. The meat here is among the most delicious you can find in Florida — if not in the entire United States. The quality, flavor, and mastery of preparation are truly outstanding.
I ordered the “The Bone Beef Rib” through DoorDash, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned, it arrived at my home as if it had just been served fresh at the restaurant — a true testament to their excellence.

• 6/5/25The potato salad could be better, it does not tast like the Brazilian one . Also, for the 2nd time they did not send the utensils. I asked another time in another app and they also did not send the utensil. Other than that, pretty good food,
