For $20 I am used to getting a whole ajitama and two pieces of chashu, so getting only a half ajitama and one small piece of chashu is definitely a bummer. But the tonkotsu shio (gfo) broth is flavorful and not too salty, and the chashu has a bit of caramelization on the edge. Overall good, I'd try it again but probably pay extra for more ajitama. Lovely yuzu limeade, not too sweet. Yuzu flavor is more pominent than lime.

Pretty overpriced for mid ramen. It was good, just wish it wasn't so small and wish it had more toppings. A dollar for extra chashu makes sense, but a dollar for other toppings that I could pull out of my fridge..? The other toppings seem a bit skimpy. Noodle texture and broth were great, though.

Order portion was incredibly small, I have been going around to all the Portland ramen restaurants and this was the smallest by a decent margin. Did not include the yuzu sauce depicted on the included card. Noodles were clumped together and almost considered hard, even after microwaving for 2 minutes. Overall not very satisfied.

Good ramen, fresh ingredients, delicious broth. The portion was indeed small (probably 1/2 - 2/3 regular size), which was fine for me because I ordered it for lunch, and ramen can be quite filling.

The gyoza wasn't really crispy on one side and was soggy. The ramen was fine but the char siu was incredibly thin and didn't justify the price. the karaage wasn't bad but could have been more crispy
