Am Ma Noodles is such a little gem. Their beef pho is my forever comfort food. Bad day? Beef pho. Feeling blah? Beef pho. Can’t decide what to eat? You guessed it — beef pho. It’s consistently amazing, every single time. Even the packaging is adorable and practical (my kitchen now has a growing collection of their bowls and soup spoons). The broth is perfectly balanced — not too minty, not too lime-y, not too onion-y — just cozy, rich, and delicious. It warms my soul every time.

It was lackluster. The 4-5 inch "shrimp" eggrolls, there were 2 but they were mostly filled with a cabbage mix. Literally, each one had a 3/4 of an inch shrimp in it. 1 baby shrimp in each ! The other app, shrimp shumai, was mush. Never again!

The chicken pho is so flavorful, the noodles are mad good, the jalapeños add a good spice to it, it's all so good, the soup n chicken n noodles is bomb asf

the Fried Chicken with Garlic Rice was amazing, I enjoyed it very much but the Fried Cream-Cheese Wonton weren't the best, not as filled as I thought it would be.
