This place is LEGIT! We visit Maui every year and eat Plate lunches almost every night while there. This place takes us back! Short Ribs were perfectly marinated and juicy! And the Mac salad actually tastes BETTER than some Hawaii spots. keep it up!!!

The AHI Jalapeno Chicken Bowl is terrible. It used to come it different, bigger packing. First, the jalapeno portion was reduced. Now, beside the small packaging, the chicken portion looks to be child size. There is way too much rice, AND they topped the ride with a sad, poor quality salad, that I did not want. Especially, considering people are getting sick from lettuce. The mix of 1000 island dressing and teriyaki sauce was not good. TLDR: Not worth the price, and not as advertised.

Ordered the Chicken Katsu, tasted okay. Usually it's the sauce that really ties up the dish. The Katsyaki Sauce definitely did not. It's more like a coagulated teriyaki sauce than your traditional katsu sauce. Also, the sauce provided was not enough for the portion of chicken so you'll have to pay for extra.
Ordered the AHI Karaage Bowl . It comes with a squirt of sriracha mayo sauce and possibly 1 piece of chopped up lettuce. It's not worth the price being charged on DoorDash.

Always a hit every time I get off work late. The food is ALWAYS GOOD. Big portions! Delicious BBQ! Mac is yummy! Rice is fresh! And the Crispy Spam Musubi [2]is FANTASTIC! Thank you Ahi Hawawiian! See you again soon!! When you adding LOCO MOCO?!!

The Katsu BBQ Mix was SO delicious! The
portions were very generous, and the meat was flavorful, cripsy and juicy. I also enjoyed the sauce, which complemented the meat perfectly!
